Question regarding using Bluetooth batteries with TSC 55

I use the TSC 55 sometimes away and sometimes in the shop. When in the shop I want the option of using the vac and having it run in auto mode. I'm going to add Bluetooth to my CT36 and a Bluetooth battery for my TSC 55. Would I be correct to assume that when I have two batteries installed on the TSC 55 only one needs to be Bluetooth and it doesn't matter which connection it's mounted to?

I'm guessing it's simply current draw that triggers the Bluetooth signal to start the vac but just want to confirm before ordering parts.

Thanks

Yes - only one needs to be Bluetooth.  But a good idea to have two BT batteries so you can have one on the charger and still keep cutting with the vac triggering.

And when you change the battery, you have to resync bluetooth.  Just a matter of pushing the sync button the vac before you first turn on a saw with a fresh battery.

Appears to be more than simply current sensing in the Bluetooth battery: presumably the battery is actually taking the "trigger" signal from the serial data connection between the tool and the battery; then relaying that over Bluetooth...

(Did you buy the kit in the end?  What was the end result?)
