QWAS Dogs for MFT

I am looking for some information on QWAS dogs.  The QWAS website does not give that informantion, at least that I can find. So my questions are:

1.  The standard QWAS dog when installed extends how far above the table?
2.  The low profile QWAS dog when installed extends how far above the table?

Any other information you guys/gals might have on QWAS dogs or other options would be appreciated.

I don't know the exact measurement but I believe they are just under 1/2" for the regular and just under 1/4" for the short.  I am looking at the same ones now, however I may be ordering the Precision dog sets instead.  From what I have read, they both fit equally as snug, however the precision dogs are tapped so that you can use them for jigs and such in the future.  Plus, I can get two sets of the precision dogs for less than one set of the qwas which works for my tight budget.
