After watching some video on the RAS 115 I'm having some interest in it.I looked at it on Festool website to get more info and when i looked at the accessories for it i noticed that the sand paper disk has holes pattern like the Rotex.(One hole in the middle and smaller holes around toward the outside). How does the dust gets collected through in the RAS 115? I did not think it was through the pad,but on the side of the pad.Am i right? If so,why all those holes in the paper?

The images on the website are incorrect.  The dust collection for the RAS is indeed around the perimeter.  That is why the RAS has a rotating "skirt" that can be moved on the fly.  No holes are required.
