My jig for routing digits has expanded to a routing jig for digits and letters.
As you might have guessed it required a massive increase in the number of insert parts.
Dispite the increased complexity of the jig I think the material requirement costs are still within the range of reasonably priced jigs.
This is the new expanded set.

Those are the letters with the 20 mm bushing

Not to sure about a few letters though. I tried several types of B’s. I might even have to increase the number of inserts even more just to have a nice B and D. Off course there are several ways to make most letters.
