Thanks for your comments and suggestion on Leitz Tooling.  I contacted them on the day you made your post and have not heard back from them as of today.

Did you email them or call direct? The location I deal with on this side of the border usually gets back to me in short order with a phone call I also have the area sales rep number which helps. I haven't heard of any issues from my American friends that use them. Looks like you could use either the Texas or California Center, I think I saw on one of your posts your somewhere in Arizona.
