Just got a T18 Kit and a RO 150 both at 30%.  The T18 is in very good condition in fact I would hardly know it was used.  The RO 150 has a few scratches but I would say the pad is new.  The minor scratches are certainly within the scope of the description for the 30% off level.  Overall, very very happy with the purchase.
