As already mentioned, Festool has decided to revisit and restart it's demo and reconditioned tool program and that's a good thing.
Effective February 1, as supplies last, the these tools will be offered at either a 10% or 20% discount.

Let the ques begin!

Bob, that is horrible news.  The Mrs actually said today that I can't buy any more tools for a while, and then you drop this on me.  [crying]

Well, just show her how much you will be saving...... ;)

And just a few more words, if I may.

Dealers don't have inventory on these tools - only Festool does. All shipping on these tools is free - that's the dealeo from Festool, who btw is paying the freight; question any dealer who says differently.

This isn't exactly a fire sale - don't be alarmed. The dealers will take customer orders and the dealers will submit the orders to Festool - no earlier than February 1 - Festool will not accept any orders prior to that. Sleep easy.

As an aside - here's a hint when ordering - why not indicate if you would be also be interested in buying the tool, if it were sold out at the  price you selected, consider buying at the other price; ie. you want a 10% off Rotex,  but if sold out, would you accept a 20% off Rotex and visa-versa.

Again, get your order in to your dealer of choice ASAP, but do sleep easy tonight. :)

Now Jon, think back carefully.  Did she say, "Jon, you can't buy anymore NEW tools for a while."?
