Looking to see if anyone has used these together and get some recommendations. Using Renner 643 primer and 851 topcoat. Was told to thin 851 5-10% and use a 2.0 nozzle. No thinning with the 643 and same size nozzle. New to the HVLP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Only did a test panel with the 643 and no catalyst. Came out nice. Had some orange peel at first but it leveled out. Might try using the 1.8 tip. Dried really hard. Could not see my fingernail imprint this morning after drying overnight.

Renner as Im sure you know is a thick material, I use a 2.0 N/N with a Heavy material cap. Dont know what cap that is with a Fuji as I have a apollo.

contact these guys. They are a Renner dealer and pro finishers. They are very helpful and nice people located in Tx

Thank you for this. I have already spoken to Louis about what products to spray. Very nice gentlemen. I ended up buying the coatings from woodworxhttps://woodworxsupply.com/. They are closer and faster shipping time. I spoke to Jack the owner and he gave me all the recommendations about thinning and nozzle size. I did spray the back of the panels last night with the 1.8 nozzle and am going back to the 2.0 nozzle.
