Repair Notification?

Last week I sent a drill in for repair under warranty.  It has been about 56hrs since delivery to Festool based on the online ups receipt.  Will I be notified by phone or email in regards to completion of the repair and its departure or does Festool typically not notify?  Also, is there a way to find any information in regards to my repair online or do I need to call?
 
There is not currently a way to check online, so I would suggest that you call the service department tomorrow.

About 99% of tools sent in for repair are shipped back to the customer within 24 hours if receipt. Typically there are no notifications for warranty repairs. You can call the service department if you would like to know the status. Their number is below in my signature.

Edit: Sorry I was so short with my earlier response. I am in Las Vegas for the AWFS show and was responding from my iPhone.
 
Just wanted to follow up, the drill was waiting on my doorstep 72 hrs after it was received by Festool.  Very satisfied with the warranty process.
