Replacement countersink for 492523

I have a couple of the 492523 countersink 3.5mm bits. I'm aware that I can get replacement 3.5 bits for it as I've gone through quite a few but can I order replacement countersinks? They are getting very dull and I'd really prefer to not spend $72 on a new bit.

In the catalogue 2012/13 these countersinks were available. Later on not anymore.
For BSTA 3.5 it's partnumber #491796.
They are available in some shops in Holland and cost around €40!

We don't have a replacement part of this. Your best bet is to sharpen/hone (and clean if necessary) the countersink. It will take a little more time, but it will save you from needing to purchase a new part.
