matmax has just bought out a reusable zip dust bag for the ctl mini and midi £8.99 matmax.co.uk

Well spotted, never heard of that company.

Gotta be better than paying £100 ::) for a festool one.

I emailed matmax to enquire if they did one for the ct26 about three weeks ago but they hadn't even the courtesy to reply!

I Have not bought one yet, I have a festool longlife bag in the ctl26 and use a disposable when doing anything nastie.

so the idea of being able just throw the bag away after a good few uses appeals to me. the festool midi bag is overpriced big time....

Its is so rude not to reply to an enquiry remind you of another company [wink]

I received the bags quickly after ordering with email confrmation
they are a strong material like the festool filter bags with a small zip running along the bottom edge
I will post up some pictures comparing the bags as soon as .But all in all a good fast service and a good product

I see they now have a listing for the  ct26  [big grin] after I have spent £200 on buying two of the festool bags [doh] [thumbs up]

Better late then never ;)

I just ordered a bunch of them, they were showing as out of stock so I may be waiting a while..

Yes it's on the far right
It is the same width and depth but as you can see quite a bit smaller in length compaired to the filter bag

Anyone else tried these yet? I bought two recently and tried them out. They seemed to fit ok and function ok in the sense that they filled with dust, didn't leave a mess or reduce suction but after a day of sanding with my ETS150/3 (150 grit) I had a nasty cough and the feeling my lungs were full of dust. It could be a cold (my wife complained of a sore throat at the same time) but it feels more like dust to me.

All the Vac's use a filter in addition to the bags. Unless the filter has failed you shouldn't be getting any dust.

Some of their products are listed on Amazon.  But when I attempt to purchase and have it shipped to the United States – Arizona, they say they do not ship to the requested destination.

I did go to the website and send them a message.  I asked if they shipped to the United States and if so what the cost would be and are there watery discounts – price breaks.

I will post whatever I find out for others.

ordered some...

price ends up being the about about double compared to the Festool ones.  If I can turn each one 3 times, I'm money ahead.  If not I guess it was a learning lesson.

With the bags having a zipper, I would hope I could get 4 to 6 fills before tossing?  We shall see!
