Review of the Bosch GLM 50C (Laser Measurement)

Below is a review of the Bosch GLM 50C laser measurement device.  It has a color backlit screen with Bluetooth connectivity.  I have been pretty impressed by this tool so far.  If you do field work, this tool is an outstanding investment.

Shucks, I am always behind the curve on these things... ...that looks plenty useful. I have two Leica rangefinders and I love the small one but I hardly ever use the other one. This one would replace them both for me. But now I am stocked to the gills already.

Thanks for the review. I have the previous model GLM 50, the one that is difficult sometimes to read the screen on but is still a very useful tool especially on installations.
But this new model is light years ahead so much more functionality, I really like the colour screen as well.

I bought that to use with Home Designer Pro.  I can take measurements in their app on an iPhone or iPad and import the drawing into Home Designer or Chief Architect.  It has some amazing features.
