And I do want those Revo clamps and your comments Roger just reaffirmed that they will be a nice purchase for the shop. Thanks for posting your comments on them.

Hmm, that profile is just about what I need to replicate some mahogany molding in my house!  What a monstrous bit (in a monstrous router)!  The price you paid for the custom bit appears in line with a quote I received from Whiteside; they wanted ~$250 for a much smaller bit with a simple curved profile similar to a "table edge" bit.
