Rexroth router table with OF2200 (aluminum profiles like 80/20)

@shed9: That's really cool. I wish I would have the place for that size table. And a K3!

Thanks Sean. Seems like a nice nut. I'll keep it in mind if I get myself into more precision projects. For my router Table I have the Incra Fence which I'm very pleased with.

Speaking of precision. When I finally mounted my Wixey reader I discovered that the screw jack was not what I have ordered. I should have got 2mm per revolution, but instead got 0.8mm (about 3"/100) per revolution. I actually like this better, since I'll have my speed lever for bit changes anyway.

Sorry if this already answered somewhere in the this thread, but does any of the Rexroth match the MFT profiles?

I mean match in the sense of being able to use any of the RexRoth profiles to attach directly to the tracks on the MFT/3. I own an extra MFT top and would like to use it in some way that would permit direct attachment to my existing MFT for an extension or doubling the workspace.

Hi,

Great project. I have been mulling over something similar for a while now. I have the Incra plate and the bench, but that is as far as I have got.

Would you be able to post some photos and/or explain how you mounted the OF2200 to the plate itself?

Also, just to clarify (its probably obvious) I assume you need to fix the plate to the bench in order to use the plunge as the lift?

Many thanks,
Peter
