RO 90 Abrasives

I purchased a Festool RO 90 Rotex sander a few months ago.  I also purchased the abrasive assortment.  I would like to buy some of the superfine Platin 2 abrasives in 500,1000,2000,4000 grits as well.  I have used them with my RO150 to create incredibly smooth surfaces.  Does anyone know if I can buy these in less than the 15 pc. packs for $63 each?

I have also attached a grid of all the part numbers for the grits for Ø90, Ø150, and the 93V to help out.

Might try Ebay. Some sellers break down the packages and sell smaller lots.

Yes I usually buy my paper in a mixer pack from my supplier get 5 of each grit type thing

Contact FestoolNirvana to see if they're willing to break down packs and make you an assortment. One word of warning, Platin 2 is not a fast moving abrasive compared to say , Granat , so they may not have that great of a selection on hand to begin with in that smaller Rotex size. But, contact them and see.

I have the Platin abrasives in 1000 and 2000 for the RO 90. I don't believe they are available in other grits. I see them more as polishing pads. They are relativly expensive so if I was need that fine grits a lot I'd get the polishing backing pad and the polishing pads and paste instead. One the other hand a dedicated polisher would be another solution.
