I got my new Rotex 90 the other day and I didn't want to talk too much about it so that another thread could come to fruition...
Prior to having the sander in hand, I was skeptical. I thought maybe it was a "marketing ploy". Now that I actually have one, I'm pleasantly surprised.
It is a really slick little sander and Festool successfully melded Rotex with Deltex.
Tomorrow, I'm going to take it where only us Texans can go and I think they will see it the same way I do. One of them wants a sander that his wife can comfortably use for her art projects. I loaned him/her my Deltex and it didn't feel comfortable. I think her hands were too small to get comfortable holding the body. She might be more comfortable with the new Rotex... I think that's highly likely.
