I just purchased an RO125 and CT26E Shop Vac from Lee Valley Tools in Winnipeg. Right from the start it had a problem with extreme bouncing when attempting to sand an oak table top in Random Orbit mode. It worked fine in gear driven mode though. I took the tool back to Lee Valley explaining the problem, leaving it with them for a day to work with. With help from a call to Festool, they determined that the pad was deformed. After replacing the pad, the problem went away. It is like a totally different machine. Hats off to the service at Lee Valley Winnipeg.
