Purchased the RO150 sander. Job was to refinish
drawer faces, flat about 14x30. Started with
Cristal 60 rotary agressive. Took off poly finish
quickly. Went with Rubin 80-100-120 and then
Brilliant 180.
Problem: I seem to get a few residual "curleys"
on each piece. Most seem to be from the 60
or 80 but a few are from the 120. This is
prett depressing. Work piece was clamped
down tight, tried different speeds, less and
more pressure, tried handle 90 degrees to
sander direction.
Need suggestions to avoid this. Otherwise
the sander works quickly enough, dust free
too.
