Have your local Festool Dealer give you a loaner. I had to send my Kapex back for a re-repair and Festool arranged for Jackson's Hardware in San Rafael, CA to loan me a Kapex for the duration. If the local dealer can't or won't talk to your area rep, make them perform, that is why we pay a premium to use Festool's.
