Here’s a video of a jig setup to make the cut outs for Ron Pailk’s table top system. This seems like a staple item for MFT systems, as it allows a user to reach in and clamp down threaded bench dogs. A necessity for using a hole system.

That’s a cool jig. I have recently been building my own paulk total station and had some less than desirable results on my template routing
My question to you though is why not reverse that and make the template the size of the hole then you don’t have to keep moving it? Or is that template built for a different application
Thanks Charlie

This allows for all sorts of sized “ovals”. They can be the size of the template or much larger if needed. I like it, but not the clamping setup.

Cheers. Bryan.
