Rotex 125 pad

Does anyone know which pad comes with the RO 125?  I have a large chunk torn from mine but there are several listed under accessories and I can't find any mention of original replacement pad.

It is the soft version. "Soft-HT" or "ST-STF D125/8 FX-W-HT" the EU number is 492 125, sorry I know the number is useless to you :/

Just curious though, what were you doing that a large chunk came off it? Any chance of a picture to show what happened?
