Rotex 150 for sale on craigslist. Wrong plug?

Sounds like a good price but I'm pretty sure that plug is from Europe. Would it work in the U.S. if the plug was changed?

Probably not. If it has a Euro plug, it is probably a 220V sander. You would need a step-up transformer to use it in the USA.  You can't simply change the plug. [sad]

depends they do sell 110v in europe. i find out first before i bought it

It is a 220v plug, used on the mainland of Europe. Only England has 110v and they use different plugs.

And there probably isn't warranty coverage for it here in the US.
