Round 2 of the check in station

It nearly identical to the one on the 3rd floor, with the minor change of eliminating the metal toe kick on the back side. It would have been finished today, but for interruptions.
Teaching a new apprentice, slows things down too.

The last pic is shows the first one, with the metal on the back side too.

Those are nice, I like the holes for cables.  Are they searate pieces for transport/installation?

Yes [member=5568]Jeff Zanin[/member] it separates at that cube section. The angular section is a single piece, just over 9 feet long. That last 4 foot section goes on the other side of a column in the building, but the counter top is continuous, though it waterfalls down at the column.
All of these wall/desk units that I build have those cable routing holes. The line voltage wires are in one and the other carries the network cables. The idea is to keep them apart to reduce interference.

[member=68362]Leemstradamus[/member] not as far as I know, but I haven't talked to them. This one was done by an outside subcontractor, not our in-house guys. I only see the other guys once a month or so.
There is one more floor of this job though, so it's possible.

Thanks again. I mostly post because of the uniqueness of what I do. It is way out of the scope of most people. I have even been scolded for saying that it's not really woodworking. I do some moulding and trim work, hardwood edges on shelves, and frame/panel doors, (I guess that counts) but the bulk of it is sheet goods and laminate or veneer.
Most of what I would call woodworking comes from things that I make for friends, family, or even myself.
Tables, live-edge shelves, shadow boxes, etc.
It does seem to be interesting though because of that same uniqueness. There aren't too many people building on this scale.
I have another large project to show, but it will get its own topic.

I'll start following you so I can see when you post the new project. I know people cringe at the term marker but if it isn't wood working definitely crafting amazing objects for this world. It's really been a great boost on my moral, seeing so many amazing projects. I appreciate you all!
