Rustic TV frame (far from fine woodworking)

I just finished construction on this yesterday.  I still have to paint it and get it installed, I'll post pics of that when it's done.  The frame is going on the back patio and will surround a tv that's mounted about 10' high.  For that reason I made the crown a bit oversized since this thing will be seen from a worm's eye view.  It is made entirely of rough cedar.  The rails and stiles are connected using simple t&g joinery but I had to use a through domino on the bottom rail since it was so skinny.  There was not way that I could've formed a tongue on a piece that small (outside of doing it by hand).
 
Nice design and project there. I am assuming that your patio is enclosed and such, correct?

My patio is covered, but not completely enclosed and things out there still get weathered after a while.
 
I have been looking for ideas to do just something like this. I think it looks great. I may copy some of your project.
