Ignorant question time/logical deduction time....

Like its larger siblings the RO 90 can be used for polishing as stated by Festool and clearly illustrated above.
However its pad size is 90mm, even its polishing pad is 90mm.
All its polishing sponges/accessories are 80mm and to my eyes seem to actually belong to the RAP 80 polisher, correct?

Are there any 90mm polishing accessories?
Do the 80mm ones work just fine?
Or do you simply use the larger 125/150 sponges instead which I believe you can do as well? Think Peter Parfit mentions this in one of his Rotex 90 videos.

  There's a 80mm backing pad, green color on it if I remember right, that mates to those 80mm foam and other material pads. You swap out the drive pad/90mm pad for that smaller diameter one.
I almost never polish with my RO90 since I already have a 3" polisher from Griots Garage. I had been reading recently that the RAP 80 was discontinued, or was that an older version of it that Festool replaced it with like they did  with the 150mm Shinex offering here in the US to a newer model of the same tool.
I think there's two versions of the Shinex now, but Festool USA is only suggesting the higher RPM range version for most customers.

Thanks [member=10952]leakyroof[/member], I read the writing in bold regarding the polishing pad and saw things like "D90"and "RO90"
I missed the smaller print on the product description of the pad.... "for holding polishing accessories with dia. 80 mm"  [embarassed]
