Had to go help pick up a few things today.  Sanders, saws, drills and such.

Here is one that I have a couple questions about.

I also got the miter gauge for it.

What is the best way to attach the paper to the disc?

What grit seems to be a good one to leave on (assuming changing paper is not a quick process) 100, 120?

Nice haul!  All the disc sanders that I've seen take PSA discs, but I've never worked with one that big!  Yeah, changing those discs isn't as easy as the FastFix hook and loop system.  Does Festool make a 20" conversion pad?

Assuming it has adhesive with a plastic or wax paper, the fold the paper over 1/2 way... Or mate less and use a peice of tape to extend it so only and inch or three of sticky is exposed.
Stick it on by the exposed strip.
Rotate 180 degrees and align the disk.
Pull the backing off as you push the disk into the platter.

Getting the pad off is the real trick.  We used a heat gun and then acetone to clean the 20" disk at the cabinet shop I worked in out of high school. long, long long, long time ago. I still do this with my 12" machine.
