Sanding process question

Looking to finish a white oak cabinet top with Rubio Monocoat.  Looking at a video on YouTube, the guy recommended sanding from 60 grit up to 180 grit in order to get a good finish with Rubio Monocoat.  I currently have a Pro 5 and RTS 400 sander and will be picking up the ETS EC 125/3 along with the 6” pad to swap between 5” and 6”.  Should I use the ETC EC 125/3 for all grits or should I use the ETS EC for certain range of grits and the Pro 5 for higher grits?  Is there a guide or general rule of certain sander for certain grits?  Any help will be appreciated.

On solid wood tops I usually start with the rotex, 3rd to last grit I put the rotex in fine mode and then the last 2 grits use the ets ec. I've never encountered a time where I wished the ets ec could give a finer finish, it's much faster than the pro5 also.

There really isn't much difference between a 2 and a 3 mm stroke. You're fine to use either sander you want, both will give you a good finish.
