I own 3 Festool sanders, ETS125, RO125, and RO90.

I need to store 7 5" round grits with the ETS125 and the same with the RO125. I need to store 7 4" round grits and 7 triangular grits with the RO90.

I can't tell from the Festool web site pictures if any of their Sustainers/Sortainers (not sure what the difference is) hold that many grits.

The RO90 abrasive sys will hold eight stacks of about fifty. The coarser grits may hold a few less. I doubt the 5 inch will hold that many. You will need two sys for the 5inch paper.

I think you might want to look into making your own inserts for the abrasives.  I have the RO90 abrasive Systainer but decided to make my own for the other sanders I own.  Do a search here and you'll find plenty of examples (and Willy will undoubtedly pop in to show off his [tongue]).

I am currently using my systainer for my RO 150 to hold all my sand paper, which includes mostly the 6inch discs but also I have my 5 inch disc and my fein tool sandpaper in the sustainer. It works well for me. The larger systainer for the RO 150 holds the pads vertically rather than laying them flat.
