N95 in a properly ventilated shop with airflow moving air through the spray area with waterborne omu in small quantities through a 90% efficient hvlp gun that is dialed for efficiency is fine.
Everyone's mileage on this topic will probably vary. I would bet that pumping gas into our cars hurts us more than this.
