Seeking suggestions for jigsaw tests

I can't see myself getting this knowing that I can't cope with it. That is a major limitation with angle base, and also is the majority of what I use a jigsaw for, back cutting copes and scribe lines. Is there talk of adding a tradition full base that just pivots? Preferably toolless. It's got to be atleast better than my old Bosch.

I just want to thank you all for pointing this out, I almost bought one, and I would have had to return it, something I don't like doing just because I miss understood the feature set.

I went out today and RE-bought the Ps300 Trion; I can't remember what I was thinking when I sold it for the Carvex but I'm glad to have one once again. If the Carvex won't fit your needs (as it won't mine) get the Trion! I played with the Carvex today and it's nice looking and cuts, but there is no way to scribe the back of an assembled cabinet or the face frame. So for my needs the Trion is excellent. I personally could care less about the blade ejection, but the led light is nice

Glad it worked out for you -- I love my Trion too and have been impressed with it from day one.

[big grin] The US and the UK are two people separated by a common language.

And we Canadians are stuck in the middle.  [unsure]

Something to do with French speaking Canadians maybe  [unsure]
