Serial number question when your tool is replaced instead of repaired

Do I have to update my account or is it updated by Festool when you replace the tool instead of repairing it. I finally sent my RO 90 in and was returned a new one.

All you have to do is go online to your Festool account and verify the serial number is correct... If not, change it to the correct serial number.....
