Seriously.. WTF?

Flea bay is not the place to be buying Festool... I check often and it always seems the price jumps to more than what you can go to local dealer and get the tool for...

I get the feeling a lot folks like the excitemnt of winning a flea bay bid regardless of what the pay fo the item ... kind of like gambling  addiction...

Something is only worth what a person is willing to pay for it.

Look at the various collectors , star wars toys, comic books, old tools,

all sorts of things

People lay out $100 in scratch tickets for the thrill of winning $20 to lay down for 20 more.

Fun and roi don't always walk hand in hand.

I have gotten some good deals on Festool on Ebay. However it takes discipline and patience to do it. If you want to see what is possible go into Advanced Search, and do a search for Festool completed auctions.

Yet, how many of us would have the guts to put any of our Festool on there with a start price of 1$??
But so far i haven't found a reason to sell any of my Festools, i have rather been selling my other brand tools because i bought Festools to replace them. It's at those times that you wish you only had Festools, so you could actually sell your tools for more than a box of abrasives worth...
