service makes all the difference

    I went to use my TS 75 EQ today only to find the swivel unit on the back of my saw :'(.  Thank God for the sticker on the side of my saw.  I called the 800 number for service and waited for what seemed about 10 minutes and ended up talking to the smartest repair person ever!  Dave is a service guru.  Thanks for the help and the promt resilution to my problem.  I've seen post complaining about failure in service and all I can say is I think they called the wrong number.  I am very impressed and pleased with the support.  Thank You Festool USA,  Chris
 
I had great service from Festool USA after I received my first order.  Very knowlegable staff.  While a few have made negative posts, I suspect far more have no idea just how great the Festool USA service department really is, as you need to actually have a problem to find out.  ;)
