Hi everyone, thought I'd introduce myself via my latest project (although I do see many familar names here............ 
)
Spalted maple and cherry, I don't have a hole drilling rig so I use the router with a template and bushing. Domino for all joinery and I used the domino to make the shelves that are exposed "float" and to make the slots in the ends of the shelves. A first for me, tapered the shelf edges to make them look lighter, they are 3/4" stock. Put a valence on the bottom to hide a light for the sewing table that sits underneath the unit.
