Ive gotta make some 22mm thick mdf doors and drawer fronts for a kitchen job shaker style with 6mm mdf panels offset 10mm from the front. I used to just run the slot right through and use a loose tongue but now i have a domino im using that. What size dominoes would people recommend and should I use two per joint . The rails and stiles are 73mm wide.

Oh another thing if the panels are 6mm would you go with a 6.3mm straight two flute cutter , I intend to glue the panels as its all MDF (no movement)

Chris I would use one 6mm domino per joint and use a 1/4 cutter and round the edges of the panel with the sander..

Yeah I did notice on peter parfits video he only did one per joint set off to one side
