Sharpening centrotec drill bits?

Today I was using my 3/16" centrotec drill bit and as luck would have it I hit a nail remnant.  I thought I stopped in time to avoid completely ruining the cutting edge, but no such luck. I slightly nicked the leading edge.

Wondering if I used an ultra small rat tail file if I could remove the burr or is the bit shot?

Is it a brad point bit? Almost any bit can be resharpened.

Yes.  It is one from the installer's kit.

I didn't look at it under a magnifying glass, but the cutting edge looks to be hollow ground.  I'll visit a few sites and see what they offer.
