Shelix helical head on DW735 expectations

[member=44099]Cheese[/member] I started out with the painters tape but by stopping the machine you can see exactly which insert is causing problems.

Just an update: all ridges are gone  [big grin]

It was a bit more involved than I expected but honestly, any owner of a helical head is going to have to know how to troubleshoot this stuff and fix it anyway.

Glad you got it fixed.  need to save this, as i'm about to order helical upgrade for my 735
