A little more information...
There is a french cleat system that will run along two or more walls for tools, clamps, bits, screws, etc. I will build small hanging cabinets for cordless tools, chargers, and miscellaneous items.
Tools are:
Sawstop Table Saw
Grizzley Band Saw
DeWalt Planer
Grizzley Jointer
Jet Lathe
Drill Press
Grinding Wheel
Sanding Station
Air Compressor
Cyclone Dust Collection
And the good Stuff:
Kapex KS 120
Router Table with OF 1400
Domino DF 500 Joiner
Carvex Jig Saw
Random 400 EQ Random Orbital Sander

How wide is the narrow space at the bottom (below the parallelogram)? To me, that space is the most challenging. It sort of depends on how often you use all of those tools. If that narrow area was wide enough to use as a small workspace, I might put the drill press in there and/or take some of the lesser used tools and put it on a rolling cart and put the rolling carts in that space. I might also combine some of the smaller tools into one unit (assuming you don't use them every day). I've seen several different ideas, such as building bases for each smaller tool, then build a rack and a "table" that fits the the base. The rack/table could also fit in that space. I've also seen "lazy susan" units to also combine these smaller tools into one unit to reduce storage space for them.
I would then use more of the space for the table saw, assembly tables/sanding table, router table, mitersaw.
But all of this could change if you rarely use your table saw and loved your lathe or you did tons of drilling.

Having rented hangar space and built an extremely satisfactory 48x60 x 16 restoration hangar I could add a couple of suggestions from my experience if I knew the footprint dimensions and height as well as the climatic location, temp ranges and local humidity

If I was setting up a shop, regardless of shape, I try to anticipate the 3 or so most common jobs I will be doing in it, and layout maximum efficiency for those jobs.
Ie, if cabinet building is important, I want my sheet goods to come in and be stacked right by the door, then a table near that where I break down the sheets with my tracksaw, then a station where I crosscut to length and so down the order of operation.
Looking at your list of tools, what is the primary use of the space? Is a hobby type shop or for a business?
I also tend to put my tools on mobile bases so I can reconfigure my shop, as I don't have enough space to layout for perfect workflow for all my jobs.
