Short changed on TS 75 guide rail?

I bought a TS75 from McFeely's after April 1 and it was shipped with a 55" rail, thinking it would vcome with the 75" at the new, higher price.  I asked about getting the 75" and they did swap it - with a charge for the difference in price.  ???

That's clearly not right...  May have been best to return under the 30 day guarantee and then buy from another dealer who is more into Festool and taking care of customers.

Not the way I do business at all. Send me a PM with your order details and I'll get a 75" guide rail to you for free on tomorrow. You can keep your 55" as my way of apologizing.

One of the problems all business owners face is when our customer service representatives are either unaware or don't check something. We actually back-ordered our saws for 2 weeks to make sure the switch-over took place. My guess is the person with whom you spoke just didn't understand the situation but whatever the case may be, I'll make it right.

Just send me the details. And thank you for giving me the chance to correct this.
