Show your systainer

Anyone have ideas on this one?
I have a framing nailer and 15-gage nailer. It would be nice to have it in a Systainer as well.

I'd put some foam on the bottom and secure a thin ply separator between the guns. I'd make the separator a simple slide-in/slide-out item so that it's easier to remove any loose items from the bottom of the systainer.

Thanks for your suggestion!

The Frame nailer is already hitting the lit at the moment... but I think a very thin but hard foam may do the trick.

That's not good. Because if you drop it, the 'box' can't absorb anything, but instead the nailer itself is stressed.

Just customizing some systainers for my Milwaukee sawzall and Metabo/Hitachi air nailers, and a First Aid kit out of a Sortainer (I have a ton of em)

Also working on putting the tiny Metabo HTP compressor into a systainer.

I like your power hub [member=72455]Zubo[/member].

I take it that's the supply cord on a retractable reel I see in the right end photo.

Very nice.

You're right Bob

15 meters cable. I made the bushing for the cable on the lathe, from a piece of olive tree, which is very expensive  ;D. But I found around in the shop.

Thanks.

Too nice Zubo, too nice [big grin]
Great power hub, 3 phase in/out also?

I’ve the Festool one.. thought about adding USB outlet on the inside like yours too. But I find that it often are at bottom or in the middle of a stack.. therefore a panel mounted USB outlet on the outside would be nice [tongue]

No, see the Schuko (CEE 7/4) plug; that is the input. That is single phase or (or two phase like in Belgium; 137V and 137V shifted by 120 degrees; makes 230V). He lives in Italy, so 230V area. In 230V, the blue CEE 17 outlets are single-phase. Both seem sockets btw, so outputs.

Note; in the USA, 3-phase outlet with 200-250V is blue while single phase 100-130V is yellow. In 230V land, the 3-phase outlets (so 400V between phases) are red.

Yes is only output. The blue plug we call CEE Plug, is 230v single phase. We use outdoor, industry, or for safety against water or snow.
Sometimes I miss adapter plug so I added this plug. View attachment 1

Just asking here if anyone moved their SDS drill to a Sys³ L yet? Looking for something to copy  [tongue]

Both normal sized Systainers and L-Boxx'es aren't wide enough for the common 450-465mm long drills. Currently I have the long drills and dust extraction accesoires in another box than the machine. But storing the long drills diagonally just leaves a lot of useless space.

Mix of foam cutting and 3d printing to hold a dremel.
The 3d base for bins started from this thread. The systainer fits the bins from the SYS3 ORG.
STL and F3D available here.
