I'm no rocket scientist, but the dust shroud I created for the Kapex saw works pretty well for dust containment. It is also cheap and easy to make. It's a cut up 5 gallon bucket we all use quite often and if you do painting or drywall mud work they are readily available. cut it 5" high off the bottom of the bucket, make it 4 3/4 deep of the outside edge. Cut an inside arc with your jigsaw to match the arc of the Kapex rotary slide on the inside edge (mine is a little bigger on the arc for the first time trying). Take your jigsaw and notch out the bottom for the side rotational pin area. Then drill and tap a 1/4-20 hole in the angle housing just off the side pivot pin assembly and drill a hole in the bottom of the shroud to match the location. My picture does not show them yet, but you will need to drill additional holes in the bottom for the angle positions (45, 22.5, etc.). Then as you rotate to another angle just reset the shroud position. Hope this helps those that are moaning about dust collection issues.
