On my newly acquired used 75 the front guide rail adjuster is apparently loose. It visibly tightens while making cut. As is I must hold it while cutting. Maybe the green piece is worn or screw needs tightening. I don’t know what tool I need to tighten. First post, thx

This is kind of a flaw in the design and the reason for the fix on the TS55, but the TS75 has never been updated. The rear cam has the pivot in front of the contact point, so it doesn't have this problem either. That front cam though. It can drag and then it pulls the cam tighter. The pivot is essentially spring-loaded, so you can't really tighten it into the desired place.
The only solution that I am aware of is lubrication. Some silicone spray on the contact surface of the track and maybe some more on the cam is about all you can do.

I just checked the screw through the bottom of the front green adjuster knob on my TS75. It seems like there may be a limit as to how tight it can be but I was able to loosen it to varying amounts and have the green knob move more or less freely corresponding to how much I loosened the screw. So it could be that the OPs is too loose. A T15 fit pretty well.
