Small bottles for Surfix oil

Hi, I have relatively lot of Surfix oil and the sponges.
However, there it one point of failure: the small bottles for the applicator. After being refilled few times, they start to be unusable (when you press them, they do not return to the original shape).
Is there any hope for solution? Could I find these bottles somewhere or replace them with something?
