Smooth D36 tool end for a smooth hose

Hello. I would like to replace new-style "screwy" tool-end of my brand new smooth D36 hose with old style "smooth" tool-end.
Could anyone point out a suitable part number? (sadly there is no shop nearby I could go to try it out)
I can use parts of existing connector to reach the goal.

It depends on the type of hose you have:
Hose D36 connector is #487721.
Hose D32/36 is #499723.
Hose D27 is #487071, but this one is hard to get these days.
Only the D22/27 connectors are replaced by the "screwy" Cleantec connectors.

I'm using hose #500681.
So may I assume that the externals of #487721 fit over internals of #500670? I guess the hose connecting part (internals) are probably different for new and old hoses.

The connectors I mentioned do fit straight over the hose. No extra parts needed.
So #487721 doesn't go over #500670.
If you want to fit a D27 machine end to a D36 hose end you need #768135 or #498528.

One of the constituent parts for those screws on to the ribbed part of the hose that I had assumed would be different on the new "smooth" hoses. It's interesting that they still fit.

Have you actually tried/done this? Do you have photos?

I want to buy the Kapex 120 for a new hose. The dust extractor CTL 26 E AC. Chose smooth hose 36 mm D 36x3,5m-AS/CT (500681). But it is not designed for AC. The manufacturer recommends smooth hose D 36/32x3,5m-AS. But its inlet diameter is only 32mm. Advise which hose to buy? Can better the old corrugated D36x3,5m-AS (452882)? For me, the most important performance of the air flow... Many thanks!

Surprisingly! For a week no answer! The question of what hose diameter of 36 mm is suitable for a vacuum cleaner with an autoclining system without loss of performance? Maybe the answer to the question anyone?

Sergun, you are correct, the non-tapered 36mm hose should provide better airflow for a Kapex than the 36/32mm tapered one.
