I purchased this for a remodel but that is now on hold.  This is not the Impactor that is sold at Home Depot.  This is Makitas version of a brushless motor.  After owning Festool I was willing to spend extra to get it.  I paid $350.00 plus the cost of the light.  I would like to sell for $275.00 shipped to the Con-US.  I am including the driver, 2 batteries, charger and case.  Also included are the flashlight and quick drill chuck.  The Impact driver was made in Japan as well as the batteries.  The unit has had extremely very light use.  I tried it out on about 10 screws total and was purchased this year.  I think I still have the receipt and packaging.

Makita 18 V LXT lithium-ion cordless 3-speed brush less motor impact driver combines more torque and less weight with brush less motor efficiency and variable 3-speed power. The result is a powerful and versatile cordless impact driver that not only runs longer, but offers precise fastening control for a wide range of tasks – from woodworking and carpentry to assembly work, HVAC, and more. Makita-built motor engineered for versatile power the BTD144 features a Makita-built high torque motor. - Battery warning light and built-in L.E.D. light both flash when it is time to recharge the battery - Motor delivers a max torque of 1,420 In. lbs - Makita-built brush less motor technology delivers increased motor efficiency to provide up to 20% longer battery life per charge - Variable 3 speed power selection switch provides the user with precise fastening control.

Thanks for looking,

Marc

I own the C-12 and could not imagine being without it and all of the diff. chucks.  However, when it came time to buy a second drill I looked at the T-15 but wanted a light on it.  Instead of waiting I ended up getting the new 3 speed, brushlees motor impact driver from Makita.  This thing is awesome!!!  Brushless technology, 3 speeds,  under 3lbs. (I think), Li-ion 3 amp hour batteries, everything is electronically controlled (like the festools), and I got a third battery for free.  Not to mention they have a ton of bare Li-ion tools available.  Talk about wrist saving power.  I love Festool drills, and could not imagine being w/o my C drill but I think I am really complimenting one another this way.

Correction, like new!  Forgot, when I got it I drove about 10 screws with it to try the different speeds.  Did not think that really counted.  ;D
