Was just looking at a Youtube video of the Bridge City Kerfmaster (KM-1) and came across these 2 videos under "related videos".  This guy is some kind of McGuyver, check out these videos:

Box Joint Jig:

Slot Mortising Jig:

Thought I'd share with you.

Imagine what this guy could build if he had something more than scrap parts from old computers and wood cutoffs to work with.  [eek]

That's what I thought too.  The first video I watched was this one where he builds an elaborate milk crate out of recycled lumber.  A lot of work for a milk crate.  But it was fascinating to watch!

Wasn't there an evil genius in one of the James Bond movies called, "Domino"?

Are you thinking of the role of Largo's girlfriend/hanger-on played by some actress in Thuderball?  I think the role was played by two different actresses.  One in the original Thunderball, and the remake, "Never Say Never".

Those are by Matthias Wandel in Canada and he has some great videos.  His website is http://woodgears.ca/ and there are new projects and ideas there every week.  I believe he's a woodworker and computer engineer because he does push the bounds in some great ways.

I made one of his jenga guns - a blast if you're looking for a diversion.  Been debating making the marble crossbow.

Imagine what this guy could do with a set of Festools. What creativity and imagination.  [cool]
