Something is Missing in My Life

+1

RO90DX, ETS150/3, DTS400 covers the vast majority of the projects I've been working on. Furniture making, house refinishing ( window sills, frames, doors ), deck furniture refinishing. Even have used the DTS on some guitar finishing. I haven't needed to do any large scale aggressive stripping, so the ETS150 is a much more nimble sanders for large flat finish sanding. The RO90 is getting more and more use as I begin to understand its capabilities.

Note that the RO90 Delta mode is pretty aggressive - there is not as much overlap between a DTS400 and RO90 Delta one might thinks. I use them quite differently.

I use RO90, 150 and 400, that combo gives me what I want/ need

Hi,

I purchased the RO90 on Friday past.  What a nice little sander !  I am building some oak doors with glass insets for a wet bar, and I was using the sander in Rotex mode for initial clean up of the door frames.  Wow, it is so easy to change the sander head !  What a bonus that my paper for the DX93 fits the Delta head.

I probably don't need to keep the DX93, but I hate to sell a Festool.

Thanks for your input everyone.

Have to save up now for an OF2200 and Domino XL.  I want to start building interior solid wood doors and think these would be good tools for that application.
