Sortainer drawer divider mod

I finally got around to organizing my fasteners into a sortainer and I quickly ran out of compartment dividers.

Not wanting to wait to have some more shipped ( and feeling a little gouged at $5 ea. )

Contemplated instant alternatives and settled on some acrylic sheeting.  Available at hardware stores and BORGs , the 3/32" LEXAN sheets are the correct thickness.  I cut them to size on the tablesaw with a TCG blade and tapered the side edges a hair on a belt sander.  A 10x10" sheet ran about $6 and I got approx. a dozen dividers which I like better than the the std. grey ones because they make it easier to see in the compartments.

Hey, nice one! Probably come in handy when the dividers get scarce. I will note that the small dividers are not $5 each. I found them at a Festool dealer online for $8 per 10 pack.

I like the clear too.

That's a reasonable price, cheaper than mine if you value your time at more than 10 cents an hour.  EKAT lists them at 2 for $10 - only place I checked.

I really didn't want to wait regardless the cost , and it turns out I like the clear ones better too.
