Alright guys... Need your help on this one. Trying to organize screws, nails, etc. For a little more than the price of one Sortainer Sys 4 plus the correlating inserts (sold separately), I can buy three Sys 1 with the multi colored organizers.

With the idea of taking them on the job, the Sys 1 would be lighter if I didn't need all the other parts. But, in the shop, it would be really nice to just open a drawer to access what I need compared to unstacking the Sys 1.

What are y'alls thoughts? Which way would you prefer and why?

If your choice is between the Sortainer or Sys -I with boxes for screws and the like , then go with the Sys-I with boxes. The Sortainer  drawers (talking old style here) seem ideal but sometimes can get jammed when filled with screws.

The new style Sortainer (T-Loc) is like having a combination of the two. The drawers won't jam and you can put the gray removable boxes in them.

If you really want the best of all worlds then go with a Racktainer as Rob said. You can take some or all. And the boxes are removable. Only draw back is that you do have to take the case out set it down and open it. As opposed to just pulling a drawer open. I use a Racktainer for my site work for screws.

BTW, Welcome to the forum , Chance.  [smile]

And I just realized that you might be talking about the new style (T-Loc) Sortainer anyway.
