Got 10 locks to do on a job, all locks are on rebated edges. Thinking of getting one of these bad boys to do a nice quality quick job. Think it's worth it? And any good on the rebates? Cheers

Yeah.  It's worth it for just doing a couple locks.  Might need the offset kit though not sure.  I don't have the offset kit nor have I used it so can't comment on that.

Dean loved DBB  told me its worth double its price.

I hardly do locks maybe 6 mortise locks a year average but I still think it's worth it for me to own one.

Da is a good price plus ironmongery is a good company quick delivery ordered few things from there before.

Yeah ill second that. I had a load of locks some keyed like some different and all master keyed

I did the mortices for 23 lock and face plates on monday took 4 hrs. All with the dbb and pdc.

Thanks for follow up.
Good to know the combo works that well.
Now got a PDC - looking at the jig again - although don't
do locks that often.  Real pain, time wise, to just use drill, chisels etc.

Couldnt imagen doing 23locks manually do my head in.  Hate doing one lock without dbb.

Gone the days drilling and using a chisel.
